Some Newcastle fans were fuming with Kenedy on social media after witnessing his first half performance against Huddersfield Town on Saturday. One harshly dubbed the Brazilian absolutely horrendous while another highlighting the fact he has racked up multiple mistakes despite barely 45 minutes having been played. Kenedy has been hit and miss all season and it’s no surprise that he had a section of fans groaning on social media. While the 22-year-old is no doubt confident in his ability, he needs to start impressing as right now it is hard to rate him. It was no surprise that Rafa Benitez opted to start Kenedy after all as the player was clearly at fault for Wolves scoring a late winner in his last outing. If the on-loan Chelsea player doesn’t sort himself out soon, Benitez will have no option but to bin him from his line-ups. While some supporters below attempted to justified Kenedy playing bad due to playing as a left-wing back, some of his first touches were just careless. The only good news for him is that the scoreline was 0-0 at the break despite his efforts.
