Newcastle have been told that they’ll have to pay £10m to sign Sheyi Ojo.
According to a report in The Sun Liverpool have named the price for their winger otherwise he’ll go out on loan to a Championship side.
Initially Newcastle enquired about taking the 20-year-old on loan but as Liverpool stalled on a decision the prospect of a permanent deal was raised.
Middlesbrough, Fulham and Derby County are all interested in taking Ojo out on loan but a £10m offer would be a game changer.
Last season Ojo went on loan to Wolves but a lack of game time in a struggling side saw him recalled to Anfield.
Newcastle spent £12.5m signing Jacob Murphy from Norwich last week but are still in the market for another wide player.
After signing Murphy and Javier Manquillo last week Rafa Benitez is hoping to bring in more new faces this week as he overhauls last season’s promotion winning squad.
