Fabian Schar has been a revelation in defence for Newcastle United this season, and has shown the Magpies fans exactly what he can do going forward too, and the game against Fulham was no exception. The 27-year-old scored the third goal in the tie to make it 3-0 to the away side, following goals from Jonjo Shelvey and Ayoze Perez earlier in the game. The Switzerland international had scored three goals so far in the Premier League before the fixture away at Craven Cottage, and added to his tally in fine style on the final day. Schar has certainly had an impressive season this year in a black and white shirt, and has topped of his campaign in fine style, scoring as Newcastle defeated Fulham 4-0 away from home. He has certainly become a fan favourite at St. James’ Park, as a solid defender who loves to run forward and attack the opposition defence at the same time. The Newcastle faithful will have enjoyed his goal against Fulham on the final day for sure.
