Firmin Mubele
Recently moving to Toulouse on-loan, after impressing with Rennes, Newcastle have long been attributed with an interest in 23-year-old Congolese forward Firmin Mubele and a move could materialise during the summer transfer window.
The issue for Newcastle is that a number of Premier League sides are attracted to the African ace, with reports last month claiming that Bournemouth had seen a bid worth around €12m rejected. However, Rennes would likely sell for the right price.
Toulouse possess an automatic buy-out clause for the attacker if they avoid relegation, where they currently sit a single point above the drop-zone, but they too could be tempted into a permanent sale for a profit.
