Myziane Maolida
Newcastle reportedly made a late move to attempt to bring Lyon starlet Myziane Maolida to the club on-loan in January, though their request was denied by the French side, but the Magpies will certainly consider returning for the striker.
Maolida, just 18, has impressed in the first-team this season and boasts one league goal in ten Ligue 1 appearances. He’s tipped for big things but, with a wealth of competition at Lyon for starting opportunities, could become available for the right price.
Lyon are said to value the teenager at around £4m, a fee that’s certainly affordable for Newcastle.
