It’s certainly an exciting time to be a Newcastle United fan. Seventh in the Premier League, looking stable under Rafael Benitez’ leadership and looking ahead to the prospect of new owners, better times look to be ahead.
Successful transfers have also been secured, notably the capture of Mikel Merino from Borussia Dortmund, as the Spanish midfielder has settled into the heart of Newcastle’s side superbly- standing as one of their best players this season.
After that success, it’s reported that Newcastle are turning their attention towards German football once ahead before the upcoming January transfer window and fans are prepared to lend a helping hand to the scouting team.
