Newcastle United are one of four Premier League clubs interested in signing Carl Jenkinson.
According to a report on ESPN the Arsenal defender is also wanted by Burnley, Swansea and Brighton.

In January the 25-year-old seemed certain to join Crystal Palace but that move fell through due to personal terms once he found out the deals being offered to other signing targets.
When he signed a new contract last month Arsene Wenger pledged to trim his first team squad with Jenkinson and Kieran Gibbs left behind from the pre-season tour of Australia and China.
Jenkinson only made one top team appearance for Arsenal last season but is fully recovered from the knee injury that ended a loan stint at West Ham under Sam Allardyce.
