Hayden trying too hard

Isaac Hayden hasn’t done an awful lot wrong since he joined from Arsenal in the summer, though it’s clear the 21-year-old is trying too hard to perform a role he can’t do at the moment.

Clearly a good passer of the ball, the absence of Jonjo Shelvey is prompting him to attempt sweeping long passes, often failing to pull them off and losing possession.
