With the Toon Army desperately crying out for a striker at the time, the arrival of Luuk De Jong at St. James’ Park was hyped up.

Much like his brother Siem, the Dutchman made very little impact for the Magpies.

Perhaps one of the worst strikers to EVER play for the club.
