The Millers have been going well of late and currently sit in a playoff position, occupying fifth spot in the League One Table.
At the weekend they hit Notts County for six, in a match where ironically both Tavernier and Vuckic scored against the Magpies!
It was one-way traffic from the off, with right back Tavernier netting a fine free kick that the goalkeeper couldn’t quite keep out.
Slovenian Vuckic then netted a brace, completed by a deflected goal in the second half, but it was his first that is one of the scrappiest goals I have ever seen!
Pick this one out…
Both Tavernier and Vuckic will be back in the summer, but can either of them break into the first team picture under Alan Pardew at St James’ Park?
