Salomon Rondon has been the subject of plenty of speculation recently surrounding his future and where the Venezuelan will be playing his football next season, after spending last season on loan with the Magpies. The forward managed to score 12 goals and register seven assists in all competitions for Newcastle last season, and has left a lasting impression around St. James’ Park ahead of the summer transfer window. Amid speculation regarding the attacker’s future, Magpies’ fans have been expressing their thoughts on the player via social media, especially after Rondon uploaded a photograph of himself to social media from his personal Twitter account on Wednesday, which was met with a whole host of Newcastle fans urging him to make his return to St. James’ Park. One Newcastle fan even went as far as saying: “We love you Rondon, come back please!”, and it seems like the feeling is mutual amongst the vast majority of the Newcastle fans as some were left saying the same thing.
