Salomon Rondon might not be firing in goals left, right and centre, but the West Brom forward has been in great form while on loan at Newcastle United, so it is a shock to see that some Baggies fans don’t want him back in the summer. The Birmingham Mail asked via their official Twitter account if Albion fans would want the Venezuela international back at The Hawthorns if they are promoted this season, to which these fans below have all said they do not want him. Considering how well he has played under a decent manager in Rafa Benitez, that is a surprise because Rondon was not allowed to play his best football under the likes of defence-minded Tony Pulis and utterly useless Alan Pardew. West Brom might be stuck with the ex-Malaga target man in the summer anyway as the Daily Star has reported that Mike Ashley might not be ready to trigger his £16.5million release clause due to him turning 30 in September. It would be a terrible decision by the Newcastle owner, but one that might pay off for West Brom, despite the opinion of some of their fans.
