Sad to see but it’s a team game and Rafa obviously doesn’t see where he fits in …. Good luck to him

OPINION
You can see what the Toon fans thought of Aleksandar Mitrovic, they absolutely adored the Serbian striker and are sad to see him leave the club. He has so much ability and showed it in flashes at St. James Park but for some reason, he was never really able to fit into Rafael Benitez’s plans, no matter what the 23-year-old did. He then went on loan to Fulham and showed what he was really capable of. He has everything you need to be a top striker including pace, power, intelligence, hold-up play, finishing and loads of aggression. Fulham has signed a top-quality forward and made their relegation rivals weaker in the process, for Newcastle United, this transfer could come back to bite them in a big way next season.
