Jonathan Bamba
Another player regularly linked to Newcastle this season, Bamba could be an attractive prospect for Benitez with the 22-year-old’s contract at Saint Etienne due to expire at the end of the end of June.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a strong season in France, scoring seven times and creating nine goals for his team-mates whilst showing his versatility by operating on both wings and as a central striker, and Benitez may consider the France under-21 international a bargain should he be presented with a small budget to work with by Mike Ashley.
