21-year-old Maddison boasts a stellar record of 13 goals and seven assists for the Canaries this season, with Newcastle holding long-term interest in the youngster as they seek to improve the creativity in their side.
Maddison could be a prime target for Newcastle this summer as they look to bolster their threat in attack, following a return of just 30 goals in 30 games this season.
