Swansea City could once again issue a transfer blow to Newcastle United this summer, according to Football Insider

Indeed, the Swans have already nabbed Tammy Abraham from the Magpies’ claws this summer and now this report claims the Welsh outfit are keen to land Sam Clucas from Hull City.

The 26-year-old has been touted as a target for the Toon Army for a while now and Burnley have recently been credited with an interest in a man who seriously impressed for the Tigers, despite their relegation.

Newcastle are thought to have held talks over the left-winger, though the Jack Army are now understood to have entered the race to land a man who reportedly has a £20m valuation placed on his head.

Clucas himself is believed to be eager to return to the Premier League and Paul Clement needs to replace star man Gylfi Sigurdsson, who was recently sold to Everton for around £45m.
