Speaking to CalcioNapolithe agent of Udinese goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis has claimed his client WILL end up in England amid links with a move to Newcastle United.

Rafa Benitez is reportedly aiming to shake up his options between the posts this summer, with Matz Sels already allowed to depart on loan. Meanwhile, Karl Darlow is understood to have been the subject of a bid from Middlesbrough earlier this summer and Tim Krul’s days look numbered.

A vastly experienced shot-stopper, the Greek international is also said to have been targeted by Napoli, though agent Vlasileiss Panagiotakis claims a deal to take him to Naples is ‘dead’.

Confirming the custodian would make a move to the Premier League, he’s revealed that the Toon Army are just ONE of the English-based clubs eager to sign him,

Watford and Crystal Palace are also believed to be in the race and his agent’s revealed it’s between the three Premier League sides to land him.

“He’ll play for Watford, Newcastle or Crystal Palace. Links to Napoli are dead”, he said.
