According to the Daily Mail, Newcastle United would consider using Karl Darlow as a potential makeweight in a deal to bring star to St. James’ Park. 

The Hammers star has been touted as a potential target on Tyneside, though the east London outfit are not thought to want to sell the 30-year-old without first bringing in a replacement. The arrival of Joe Hart at the will surely impact his first-team minutes, though the Irons let join Middlesbrough earlier in the summer.
