Newcastle will allow Grant Hanley, Achraf Lazaar and possibly Daryl Murphy to leave the club this summer, the Chronicle reports.

Murphy could be shown the exit despite performing well for the Magpies this season as manager Rafa Benitez looks to shakeup his forward line. Hanley meanwhile will almost certainly be allowed to leave after just one season having made just 16 appearances in all competitions.

The Scottish international joined from Blackburn Rovers for £5.5million in the summer but has failed to dislodge Ciaran Clark or Jamaal Lascelles from the starting lineup, while he has also fallen behind Chancel Mbemba in the pecking order.

The 25 year old is believed to be interesting his ex Rovers boss Paul Lambert, who is now at Wolves, while Gary Rowett’s Derby County are also said to be keen.

It is not however known who will make a move for left back Lazaar. The Moroccan international joined from Palermo in the summer for £3m but has failed to impress Benitez with the Spaniard only using him nine times in all competitions this season.
