Newcastle, Everton and West Ham have all informed Arsenal that they are interested in signing defender Calum Chambers in the summer, reports the Mirror.

Chambers is currently on loan at Middlesbrough, and has been a regular at the heart of a defence which has the fifth best defensive record in the Premier League.

With Boro five points off safety, and looking likely to be relegated back to the Championship, Chambers will likely seek another club to join in the summer. The Gunners are reportedly prepared to let him go with offers north of £10m likely to be accepted.

The 22 year old joined Arsenal in a deal worth up to £16million in 2014 but has failed to breakthrough at the Emirates. He has however enjoyed a good spell on Teesside, making 21 appearances in all competitions so far this season.

The Mirror reports that all three interested clubs would also be interested in taking the centre half on loan if no permanent transfer can be agreed in the summer.
