In form Leeds promised to be one of the toughest tests of the season with a full house inside Elland Road to join the Sky Sports audience.

A double from Dwight Gayle gave the away fans plenty to celebrate but there was no signs of back slapping when Benitez spoke after the match.

We have another clean sheet in a very difficult stadium,” he told Sky Sports. “The performance of the team, attacking and defending has been brilliant for the whole season

The run is good but we have to keep doing the same things, try to play with the same intensity, show no complacency and try to get more points from every game.

We know that anything can happen in this league, we have to approach every game with the same way mentality.”

That mentality will be tested net week at home to Blackburn Rovers who are third bottom of the table despite enjoying a 3-2 win at home to Brentford.
