It’s refreshing to see Newcastle United actually boast options at left-back for once, with the likes of Paul Dummett and Achraf Lazaar available right now, while the impressive Kevin Mbabu is a long-term option.

For so, we’ve had to rely on the erratic Massadio Haidara, though the Frenchman surely has little chance of cementing himself a first-team berth.
