Loic Remy red cardThere have been strong links between QPR star Loic Remy and Arsenal in recent weeks and the Gunners would be wise to snap up the striker who’s currently on loan at Newcastle United.

Loic Remy has been a revelation for Newcastle this season, as he’s by far and away our top goalscorer in the Premier League and we will desperately miss him over the next couple of weeks as he sits out a few games due to injury.

Newcastle couldn’t find the back of the net when the Frenchman was suspended earlier this year and it could be the same again at Craven Cottage tomorrow.

The 27-year-old is a very good player, who has pace, strength and is accomplished in front of goal, shown by the tally he’s racked up in English football for both QPR and Newcastle.

With QPR struggling to earn promotion from the Championship, the West London club will look to sell their prize asset when he returns from his loan spell with Newcastle in the summer.

The Magpies themselves will be unwilling to splash out for Remy, whose valuation is only likely to rise following a stint at the 2014 World Cup with France.

Arsenal, who are crying out for a striker to help out Olivier Giroud, could well be the perfect fit for Loic as the Gunners look to seriously challenge at the top of the table for years to come.

Arsene Wenger might not see a lot of things, but this ideal transfer is staring him right in the face!
