Newcastle United’s players may all be battling for the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League titles this season, but there is one competition that matters more than any other – the FIFA Pro Player Challenge!
This season Newcastle utility man Ryan Taylor is back to defend the trophy that he won last year, but he didn’t take into consideration Slovenian youngster Haris Vuckic coming and taking his crown.
James Perch and Sammy Ameobi also came along for the fun, in addition to Dan Woollett, who won the 64 player fan tournament to play the winner of the players’ tournament.
There were two semi-finals, as Ameobi took on Perch and Vuckic faced off against Taylor, with Perch and Vuckic making it through to the final to battle for the ultimate prize.
But there could only be one winner…
