Shay Given was a great goalkeeper for Newcastle United. He served the St James’ Park club for a decade and often put in stirring displays and man of the match performances. After being left out in the cold at Manchester City, Given has now signed for Aston Villa and will line up against Newcastle again this season. Despite many great performances, there is one moment involving ex-Villa and Coventry striker Dion Dublin that will always haunt him, and that’s been repeated at the weekend.

Cerezo Osaka goalkeeper Kim didn’t know that Antlers striker Tashiro was behind him as he tried to clear the ball from his box. Tashiro quickly swooped in to steal the ball and score. Antlers won the J-League game 3-1 and Kim was left with egg on his face…
