Perhaps we weren’t so deluded after all.¬†

Though Alan Pardew can always harken back to the season he guided Newcastle United to an impressive fifth-placed, the now Crystal Palace boss seems to going through a familiar run of form, though now in south London.

During the time ‘Pardiola’ had in charge at St. James’ Park, fans were forced to watch their team go through truly dreadful runs of form as dear old Alan blamed pretty much everyone else other than his own management.

In fact, it’s got so bad at Selhurst Park, that reports suggest the Eagles are prepared to axe a man who was touted as the exact coach to take them to the next level.

According to ESPN, they could even replace him with former Newcastle United and Sunderland coach Sam Allardyce.

Remember him?

With recent goings on in mind, the Toon Army have taken to Twitter to describe the nature of life under Pardew, in the most hilarious of ways.
